2. Use accepted horticultural standards when ordering nursery stock.

3. Use only healthy, well grown nursery stock.

4. Use only nursery-propagated plant materials.

5. Provide a written warranty for all work performed.

6. Use standard, accepted practices for construction, installation or maintenance services.

7. Clearly communicate established policies regarding services and fees to customers.

8. Follow “Fair Labor Laws” as stated by the Federal Government
