• Use only healthy, well grown nursery stock.
• Use only nursery-propagated plant materials. 
• Provide a written warranty for all work performed.
• Use standard, accepted practices for construction, installation or maintenance services.
• Clearly communicate established policies regarding services and fees to customers. 
• Follow “Fair Labor Laws” as stated by the Federal Government
